I Hate Situps

I hate doing situps; can you reccomend another way to work on my abs? thanks

Answer:

Thanks for using Net Wellness! If crunches are something that you do not enjoy, there are many other ways to work your abs. My best suggestion is to purchase a book on Pilates, or Core Strengthening. I am not able to explain all these exercises in writing due to their detail, but Pilates particularly really works all your abdominal muscles in many different ways other than crunches.
