I am a 40 year old female. Recently I had a bowel movement and noticed the toilet was full of blood. After that I have been twice and have not bled, but I do burn and am irritated around my anal and vaginal area. I also feel a lump between my vagina and anus. I also feel pressure and have a lot of gas. What could be wrong?
