Over the past year I started getting bumps that would turn black then hard. These bumps have progressed and are on my neck and my face. One of these bumps turned into a rash on my face (it actually looks like I`ve been burnt). It started by my ear and is now on my ear and spreading down my neck. My doctor told me it was excema, but none of the topical or irsl drugs have helped. I am dark skined and it`s only on the outer part the darkest part of me forearms and my forehead and the bridge of my nose and eyelids. It oozes and is scaly. I need help.
Your description is consistent with eczema. I would recommend following up with your physician. You can always get a second opinion if you are not comfortable with your current physician.
