Question:

i recently discovered a red patch in my mouth but it healed within a week.Could it still be a sign of oral cancer?also,do immunosuppressants increase the risk of cancer?

Answer:

If the lesion has already healed, you should be evaluated only if it recurs. Immunosuppressed patient should always be very carefully evaluated for possible development of malignancies.
