Urinary Disorders

Pus in urine

03/18/2008

Question:

This is a response I got from a doctor about my urinalysis.

Urine Test: Component RBC`S 0-3 WBC`S 10-20 EPITH, SQUAMOUS Occ - BACT 0 - CASTS 0 -

No blood but some pus cells noted in urine, but your urine culture is negative for an infection. Please avoid caffiene, drink more water and 8 oz of cranberry juice daily.

Should I be concerned about this test?
