I seem to have difficulty acheiving orgasm. I am pretty easily stimulated and aroused, and I definitely am interested. I can stay hard for an hour easily, but only rarely have a climax. I have tried masterbation, with visual stimulation, and even then it takes 30- 45 minutes, when it does happen. I am 60 years old, just slightly overweight (230 lbs at 6`4") and have always had a healthy sex life. I am talking drugs for cholestrol, and acid reflux could that be the cause ??
This problem could be due to the drugs you are taking. You should start by talking to the doctor who prescribed these drugs. The next step would be to see a urologist.
