What allergy medications are the safest to take while pregnant? Is it better to take a pill such as Sudafed or just use a nosal spray when extremely congested?
Most of the common allergy medications are FDA class B or C which means they are generally considered safe in pregnancy. Discuss this with your OB to identify the best option for you.
